Eassda Group awarded the contract to EGS in 2005.  EGS were the main contractors for the project.  Peter McEvoy, Sporting Concepts, were the Architects and ? were the Engineers for the roads and infrastructure.

Project Description:           The contract comprised the following:
  • 170,000m3 of excavation
  • 2km of entrance road – 6m wide and associated services
  • Shaping of 35 hectares
  • 7km of drainage
  • 12km of irrigation pipe 160mm-0.05mm
  • Cultivation and seeding of 50 hectares

The development consisted of an 18 hole golf course, driving range, housing development and hotel site, covering approximately 60 hectares.
