Frankfurt Golf Club awarded EGS the project in June 2006.  EGS were the main contractors for the project.  Christian Althaus of Städler Designs were the Architects for the project.

Project Description:

 
  • Excavation of 17,000m3
  • Construction of 19 green complexes, new fairway bunkers, target greens and short game chipping area
  • Shaping of 70,000m2
  • Drainage of 70,220lm

The development consisted of the remodelling and renovation of greens, fairway bunkers and fairways of the 18 hole course.  The project included the construction of new green complexes with a temporary winter green incorporated into the approach to the same design specifications as the green surface.  Due to the success of the greens renovation the Club extended the contract to renovate the fairway bunkers within the contract.  The project was a great success and was open to full play in May 2007.
